ReplyDeleteHi...Good video, I agree 110%. You are young and very beautiful...BUT!..carrying that much extra weight is not good for you..not good for your organs, not good for your bones / joints. Sadly today we find our country in the middle of a worsening obesity epidemic that if not checked is going to have devastating consequences for the healthcare system and the nation as a whole. You look mid 20's to early 30's..if you fail to make the necessary lifestyle changes you may not get to my age or 61!..or if you do you may be a mess with a low quality of life. So I get the "love your body" and dress as you please...but at\the nd of the day for many this is just a crutch..FAT is the new normal...so why bother to do anything about it!
ReplyDeleteGreat video! I am so disgusted by people who think they need to fat shame others. Just because you are thin or average weight does not mean you are healthy. I know lots of thin/average weight people that are very unhealthy because of lifestyle choices. I have always carried some extra weight but I am very healthy. My blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol have always been on the low side of normal. I am active and I can work circles around average weight people. Enough with the fat shaming!
