This powerful short film, created by Daniel Martinez Lara and Rafa Cano Mendez, is exactly that; a kind of art that can provide people with a new perspective of truth and make them think differently.
Apart from depicting society's monotony and mediocrity, it also illustrates how the system kills our creativity and how it honors conformity and obedience but discredits creativity and unique personalities. However, more important than this fairly known observation is the expression of the relationship between the parents and kid. It reminds us that we should help to shield the exceptional power of inspiration, and creativity, not only in ourselves but more importantly in our children. The one thing that can raise us beyond our current situation is our ability to imagine and then fight for a different reality. Besides, if there is any hope to make a better world on a larger scale, that will come from the unbounded minds of kids.
