Have you ever wondered what the inside of a cello looks like? The following incredible pictures will answer this question to you.
Adrian Borda is an artist (photographer and painter) from Reghin, Romania. Inspired by a print campaign for the Berlin Philharmonic, he managed to take a fascinating series of pictures from the insides of old instruments such as a cello and contrabass.
To achieve those shots, Borda fit a Sony NEX-6 camera equipped with a Samyang 8mm fisheye lens inside the instrument. He then used a smart remote so that he could preview the workflow on his phone.
The light illuminates the interiors in such a way that it makes for some fascinating captures. You can see more from the series along with the artist's surrealist paintings at the links below!
