19-Year-Old Guy With Down Syndrome Went Viral After His Graduation Reaction

Meet Carlos Neira, a 19-year-old from Midland, Texas. He's also known as "Mr. Joyous," and he's become quite the internet superstar.

In the video, Mr. Joyous celebrates his graduation by getting up on the stage, full of excitement. When he stepped onto the stage, the whole auditorium started cheering along with Carlos.

The crowd could not help but cheer along as soon as they saw him step on the stage. At one point, the faculty members on stage can be seen jumping with joy as well.

The beautiful video was posted on Facebook by the Midland Independent School District. Its caption reads:

"One of the greatest things about being part of graduation is celebrating the accomplishments of our students."
