Enchanting Pictures Of Extremely Rare White Baby Reindeer In Oslo, Norway

Photographer Mads Nordsveen recently spotted an extremely rare white baby reindeer in Oslo, Norway, and the photos are stunning.

White reindeer have an uncommon genetic mutation which strips their fur of pigment to let them blend into their snowy surroundings. Unlike albinos, white reindeers still have dark pigmentation in their eyes and antlers.

It isn't the first time this photographer and explorer got lucky to meet a rare animal in person. He has also encountered a Lynx and wolves, both in Northern Norway.
