Woman Created A Chart Explaining Mansplaining For Her Male Coworkers, And It's Awesome

Mansplaining is defined as when a man is trying to explain something to a woman in an oversimplified way, often in a condescending tone. The problem comes from a noxious mixture of overinflated ego, depended on the flawed assumption that men know better as well as clueless ignorance of the knowledge and capabilities of women.

It doesn't necessarily need to be a gendered issue, as some people are arrogant and get a smug sense of satisfaction from explaining everything to others, regardless of their sex. But as it's very common from men to women and is pervasive enough, it has been identified as a gender issue that we must tackle. So how can a guy know when he's mansplaining? It really shouldn’t be too difficult, don’t assume that you are more knowledgeable about something, only because you have a penis. Still not clear?
