A 99-year-old woman has ticked a bizarre item off her bucket list, to be arrested and thrown in the police cells. While most people have other things they want to do before they die, such as go skydiving, or travel to a foreign country, this one sure is a little unusual.
Annie, from the Dutch town of Nijmegan-Zuid, was locked up after her niece made the enquiry to the police on her behalf. Soon the police were at her door, had her in cuffs, and then took her straight to the police detention unit.
By the looks of the pictures, it seems that Annie had an absolutely great time!

"Civilians are not allowed inside an area with cells, but we bent the rules and arranged a visit for Annie (very exceptional) in a dwell chamber."
It certainly is great to see people fulfil their dreams, even if these are out of the ordinary. Annie is not the first older person to fulfil this goal.Eddie Sims, a 102-year-old woman from St. Louis, was arrested some years ago at her care home and sent to the police cells by the local county sheriff. It just goes to show that no matter how strange your ambitions, there are others out there that share them!
