106 Republican members of the congress who have filed a motion with the Supreme Court asking for President Trump to be given a second-term.
This is despite the presidential result already being certified in all 50 states, despite a long drawn-out process, and Biden having won the national popular vote by more than 7 million votes.

Those that have filed with the Supreme Court claim that there were constitutional irregularities related to the vote, and that there was widespread voter-fraud. No evidence of wide-scale fraud has been provided. The motion in particular aims to have the electoral college votes of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan removed, all states which Biden won.
While the Supreme Court has a conservative leaning majority, it seems highly unlikely that they would take the drastic step of endorsing the motion. In doing so, it would completely undermine democracy in the most powerful democratic nation on Earth. The consequences of denying the outcome of an election would also likely lead to widespread social disruption and even civil-strife.
The motion being filed was originally forwarded by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and has quickly gained the support of elected Republicans.
"Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election. The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens' vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections. Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error."
Josh Shapiro, who is the Pennsylvania attorney general, rebuked Paxton, saying:
"Texas' effort to get this Court to pick the next President has no basis in law or fact. The Court should not abide by this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated."
It seems that despite these legal challenges, Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th President of the United States in January and Trump will be packing his things and leaving the White House for good.
